最近，我发现我们班生病的'同学特别多。

Recently, I found that there are many sick students in our class.

就在上周五放学的时候，我还看到孟小可，可是到了周六，阿姨打过来电话着急地说：”孟小可生病了。”后来阿姨带着孟小可去了医院。医生给他抽了血才知道他得了流感。所以医生说：“最近生病的孩子是因为天气干燥，喝水太少。”

Just last Friday after school, I saw Meng Xiaoke, but on Saturday, my aunt called and said anxiously, "Meng Xiaoke is ill." Later, my aunt took Meng Xiaoke to the hospital. The doctor took his blood to know that he had the flu. So the doctor said, "the recent sick child is because of the dry weather and too little water."

我想：怎样才能打败细菌，少生病呢？我认为，我们每天如果上午喝两杯水，下午喝一杯水，这样就可以得到一个小积分卡。

I think: how can we defeat bacteria and get sick less? I think if we drink two glasses of water in the morning and one in the afternoon every day, we can get a small scorecard.

最后，我还要提醒大家：最近要多喝水，按时休息，清淡饮食。我们要当一个保护身体的小哨兵。
